Delivery Information

Only UK free shipping

All our products are shipped for free within the UK.
Your veil will be made to order and will then be shipped to you. The veil will be produced in 2-3 days and delivery time takes around 5 working days. Fabric samples take 2-3 working days to be prepared and are then sent via Royal Mail First Class in the UK taking approximately 1-2 days.

Returns Information

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase within 30 days of receipt.

All items must be in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, unused condition with all original packaging and labels. You may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and labels. The tag that is inserted through the veil’s comb must be intact. Any returns requiring postage must be paid for by the customer.

You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods.

To return your order, please contact us at fashionbrideedinburgh@gmail.com. We will process your refund as soon as possible, within 5 days of the day we received your returned product. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

I cannot recommend Tatsiana enough. She recently worked magic on my wedding dress, which I had bought off the rail. She altered it with such care and precision. Going above and beyond to make sure not only did my dress fit me perfectly but also feel very comfortable. The lines she sewed were so crisp and professional you can barely tell where she had been, but the dress was totally transformed. Just stunning. She did all this with such efficiency and at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t believe it!
